Returns & Refund Policy
Concerns and Claims:
Customers must report any concerns regarding their received goods within 24 hours of receipt. Claims related to damaged or spoiled items should be supported with photographic evidence and unboxing video.
Our customer service team will acknowledge claims within 24 hours. All reported cases will be reviewed internally for resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Customers have the option for a full refund of damaged goods. The timing of refunds will be processed promptly upon verification.
Orders that have not been paid for are not considered finalized. Customers may cancel orders as long as payment has not been completed. Once payment is processed, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.
Return eligibility is assessed individually for each reported concern within the stipulated 24-hour period. There is no fixed list of return conditions, and resolutions are handled on a case-by-case basis.
